Happy Homes Cleaning started in 2018 while I was looking to start a side job. I quickly realized all of those Saturday mornings I woke up to “Clean, and clean with love” were paying off.

management companies, realtors, Airbnb, and business owners in the area

Today, we are licensed and insured, and serving all of the Nashville and surrounding areas.  We aim for families to have more time to spend with one another, and I truly enjoy seeing them love their homes again!

Frequently asked questions 

  • Are supplies included?
    There is a $5 fee per clean to use our supplies, or we can use what you provide.
  • Are you licensed and insured?
    YES! We're covered to make sure you're in the clear.
  • Are you pet friendly?
    YES! However you choose to keep your pets during the clean is fine with us.
  • Do you charge hourly?
    No, each job is completed with a set fee, and we do in-home quotes for free!
  • How long will my cleaning take?
    Standard cleans can take 3 to 4 hours, and deep cleans 4 to 6 hours. Also, first time cleaning times may vary.
  • How many people can I expect to be in my home during my cleaning?
    Up to 2 people maximum
  • Do I need to leave while you clean?
    Absolutely not! Besides vacuuming, your clean will be relatively quiet and unintrusive.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    Cash, check, venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal, Zelle, credit or debit, bank transfer, cash app
  • Is there a cancellation policy?
    If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request a 48 hours notice (established clients). Cancellations without 48 hour notice will result in a 30% charge the first time and the full rate for all subsequent cancellations. The fee is due at the time of cancellation. There will be a 30% deposit at the time of scheduling for all new clients. This deposit will go towards the cost of the cleaning or, will be returned if cancelled 48 hours before appointment, otherwise it is non-refundable.
  • What do the "Add ons" cost
    Baseboards range $85-200+ Interior oven- $45 Inside Microwave- $5 Interior Fridge/ Freezer- $50
