If you must cancel or rebook your appointment, we respectfully request a 48 hours notice (established clients). Cancellations without 48 hour notice will result in a 30% charge the first time and the full rate for all subsequent cancellations. The fee is due at the time of cancellation.

There will be a 30% deposit at the time of scheduling for all new clients. This deposit will go towards the cost of the cleaning or, will be returned if cancelled 48 hours before appointment, otherwise it is non-refundable.
